This agency acts as an 'employment agency' in all booking transactions.
All acts/venues/clients require their own public liability insurance and appropriate equipment safety certificates.
This agency CANNOT be held responsible for the non-fulfilment of engagements by proprietors, managers or artistes but every possible safeguard is assured. The agency will ensure replacement bookings/artistes as and when required where possible.
All re-bookings made within twelve months of any booking MUST be negotiated through this agency. Any alternate re-bookings made may be subject to relevent fees and conditions.
